Refunds & support

Proposed updated policy · purchases are not open

One payment for your selected package

The proposed lifetime pass costs $69.99 USD once for the selected state and license package, including its updates while we operate it. Other courses, states, licenses and tutoring are excluded. Existing $29 passes keep their original 90-day window. It does not automatically renew. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Request a refund within seven days

If the pass is not right for you, contact the support address below with your order reference within seven calendar days of purchase to request a full refund. Include your order reference and the email used to purchase. Requests are reviewed individually; this is not an automatic refund or an exam-pass guarantee. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not restricted by this policy.

Access problems or an incorrect purchase

Contact the same support channel if you purchased the wrong program, were charged twice, or cannot access paid material. Please report the issue promptly so it can be investigated. Do not purchase a second pass to resolve an access problem.

After a refund

Approved refunds return through the original payment method, with processing time determined by the payment processor and your bank. Access from the refunded purchase ends; your account and study history remain unless you request deletion.

Content and free-guide support

For a question correction, include its reference, state, and license in your support message. For free-guide help or privacy requests before purchasing, reply to the guide-delivery email.
